We aim to deliver all items purchased online as soon as possible with most orders being processed and shipped on the day of purchase.  However we do ask that you allow 21 days for processing and delivery.

Any postage charge will be displayed with the transaction cost before confirming payment.

Under the EU distance selling directive you have the right to cancel any order within seven days of delivery of any items. 

To cancel or return goods please contact us by phone on 0151 430 9009 or email at  safari.park@knowsley.com with your name and purchase details, if goods have not yet been sent out we can cancel them straight away and issue a refund.

Refunds on print @ home tickets

If print @ home tickets need to be refunded the barcode on the printout will be cancelled to prevent it being used for entry to the park.
